Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates at the time of purchase. Customers may choose from available shipping options during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment.
Customers who wish to purchase additional shipping insurance may contact us prior to placing their order.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to Twisted Sistah Beads by the carrier, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Twisted Sistah Beads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
