At Twisted Sistah Beads, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Twisted Sistah Beads does not offer refunds on purchases.
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged for store credit.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3–5 business days of receiving your order with details of your request.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return requests must be submitted within 3–5 business days of delivery.

Approval must be received before returning any merchandise.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be free from signs of use, damage, alteration, or repackaging beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Damaged Merchandise
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Damaged merchandise is not eligible for exchange. Depending on the situation, customers may be asked to retain or discard the damaged items.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Store Credit
Approved returns may be issued as store credit for future purchases.
Store credit:

Cannot be redeemed for cash

May be used toward any eligible future purchase
Limited Inventory & Clearance Items
Because many items are part of a limited inventory clearance, exact replacements may not always be available.
In such cases, store credit will be issued instead of an exchange of equal value.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Product Color Disclaimer
We do our best to display product colors and finishes as accurately as possible. However, variations in screen settings, lighting, photography, and manufacturing batches may cause slight differences in color. These variations are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for return or exchange.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable products, any digital files such as patterns or instructions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once accessed or delivered.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
