Privacy Policy:	All personal and/or credit card information provided by you will be used solely for the purposes of Twisted Sistah to provide you with timely, accurate, and innovative service(s) and product(s). We will not sell, give, share, or lend our patron information to any outside parties under any circumstances. We provide and maintain progressive and preventative measure to safeguard personal and/or financial information you provided to Twisted Sistah.
Payment Policy:	Twisted Sistah gladly accepts Visa and Master Card credit cards, as well as personal and business checks. All credit card information is processed through a secure transaction gateway hosted and maintained by our merchant bank. No credit card information is stored, we only receive an approval code from the merchant bank. We also accept checks from our online order form. Select the Check option in the payment methods box and submit your order. Make your check payable to Twisted Sistah, and mail it to: 3720 Spruce Street, #443 Philadelphia PA 19104 Your order will be processed once your check has been received. Please note, there will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
Shipping and Handling Policy:	We ship small packages [under 10 lbs] by Priority mail. Larger packages are routinely shipped via standard UPS ground, otherwise specified. Shipping and handling charges are calculated on the shipping zone and weight of the package. Overnight delivery is not available at this time.
Return Policy:	*Bead return policy:* There are NO cash refunds. Store credit only. Returned items must be: 1) in the original packaging; 2) in the original containers; 3) in the fully quantity ordered; and 4) within 10 days of receipt. There are NO returns on books, patterns, videos or special orders. Return shipping fees will not be refunded unless it was a mistake on our part. Please include a copy of the invoice an a reason for the return. *Jewelry return policy:* Because of sanitation and safety issues, earrings are NOT returnable. Other jewelry items are returnable if defective.
Pricing Policy:	Due to our suppliers, prices may change without notice. We are human and may make typographical errors. Once noted we will promptly correct any errors. We do reserve the right to charge you the correct price for any item ordered.
